Patrick Sparks
Patrick Sparks is president of Sparks
Engineering, Inc., a consulting firm
based in Round Rock and specializing
in the evaluation and restoration of
historic structures.  

He is a member of the Association for
Preservation Technology International,
the Structural Engineers Association of
Texas, and the International Council
on Monuments and Sites.  He has
consulted on the restoration of
hundreds of nationally significant
structures.

He also loves to dance, especially in  
old Texas dance halls.  His focus on
the board is to support  the continued
vitality of historic dance halls as active
dance venues.
